The much-anticipated 2025 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 is set to become the most powerful Corvette ever, boasting over 1,000 horsepower. Recently spotted undergoing tests at the Nurburgring, the Zora is expected to redefine Corvette performance with a mind-blowing 1,200 horsepower.
The Corvette Zora is rumored to feature a twin-turbocharged V8 hybrid powertrain, possibly based on the same LT7 5.5-liter twin-turbo V8 used in the ZR1. In the ZR1, this engine produces 1,064 horsepower and 828 lb-ft of torque, revving up to an impressive 8,000 rpm. The Zora, however, will reportedly add an electric motor to push its power output beyond the 1,200 hp mark, making it the most powerful Corvette ever built.
