A hand-built 1932 Ford Tudor Sedan hot rod with a show-quality finish and classic Hemi power is now up for grabs on Bring a Trailer, where it is being offered at no reserve. Built over the course of eight years, this steel-bodied classic blends traditional hot rod styling with modern custom craftsmanship and performance.
The car features a chopped 2.5-inch roofline and bobbed rear fenders, with a dramatic custom paint scheme finished by Kandy Shop Creations in Mesa, Arizona. Its House of Kolor Kandy Apple Red base is accentuated by Tangelo Pearl and Sunrise Pearl flames, finished with a PPG clear coat. Chrome components were re-plated by Ogden Chrome of Utah, completing the car’s show-ready appearance.
Under the hood, the centerpiece is a 354-cubic-inch Hemi V8 topped with a Holley carburetor and Hot Heads intake manifold, paired with coated headers and a three-speed automatic transmission. Power is delivered to a Ford 8-inch rear end, and stopping power comes via four-wheel disc brakes, with finned Buick-style covers up front.
The Tudor rides on a leaf-spring front suspension with a 4-inch drop axle and hairpin radius rods, while the rear employs a triangulated four-link setup. Polished 16-inch Rocket Racing wheels and staggered tires give the car a classic, aggressive stance.
Inside, the cabin features a custom interior by Unique Upholstery, including reupholstered Mustang seats, a sueded headliner, German square-weave carpet, a mahogany center console, and Stewart-Warner gauges. The roll bar is painted to match the body, and the windshield tilts open for a vintage touch.
The vehicle recently earned second place in the Altered Street Sedan class at the Grand National Roadster Show and has been driven just 95 miles since completion. It is being sold with a clean Arizona title listing it as a 1932 Ford.
