A meticulously maintained 1989 Porsche 944 Turbo, showing just 43,000 miles, is now up for grabs on Bring a Trailer—and it’s offered at no reserve. Finished in Guards Red over Linen partial leather upholstery, this low-mileage example represents one of the cleanest and best-documented 944 Turbos currently on the market.

Originally delivered to Autobahn Europlaza in Fort Worth, Texas, the car has undergone more than $24,000 in recent maintenance and restoration work. In 2020, the selling dealer removed paint protection film, refinished the front body panels, and repainted the hood, bumper, and headlight covers. The 16-inch Club Sport alloy wheels were also refinished that year and wrapped in Pirelli P Zero Asimmetrico tires. More recently, service records show replacements of the timing belt, water pump, engine mounts, accessory belts, spark plugs, and multiple air conditioning components.

The turbocharged 2.5-liter inline-four retains its factory-rated 247 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque but has been enhanced with an aftermarket intercooler, turbo bypass valve, and upgraded exhaust components. The engine is paired with a five-speed manual transaxle and limited-slip differential, sending power exclusively to the rear wheels.

Inside, the cabin maintains a largely original look, with Linen leather seating, a black dashboard, and a period-correct Blaupunkt cassette stereo with graphic equalizer. Other amenities include power windows, cruise control, and air conditioning. The odometer displays 43,000 miles, with under 1,000 added by the current owner since acquiring it in 2020.

This 944 Turbo includes its Porsche Certificate of Authenticity, original window sticker, owner’s manuals, tool kit, car cover, and a clean Carfax report. With its recent service history, striking color combination, and collector-grade condition, this no-reserve auction presents a rare opportunity for enthusiasts to own one of Porsche’s most revered transaxle sports cars.
