Two beautifully preserved European motorcycles are set to cross the digital auction block in the Frank Sega Collection, hosted by Premier Assets LLC on Proxibid. The online auction begins November 5 at 11:05 a.m., featuring everything from rare parts to low-mileage collector bikes — and these two standouts are generating major buzz among enthusiasts.

The first, a 1974 Moto Morini 3½ Sport Café, is a striking example of Italian engineering finesse. Powered by a 344cc air-cooled 72-degree V-twin, it pairs a six-speed gearbox with an overdrive gear for a surprisingly modern ride feel. With just 1,299 miles, this example features twin-sided drum brakes, a chain drive, and includes a key. The engine cranks, and the VIN reads A104645. Located in Chardon, Ohio, it’s a piece of Moto Morini’s racing-inspired history that still captivates collectors nearly 50 years later.

Sharing the spotlight is a 1970 Bultaco Metralla MK2, the lightweight Spanish two-stroke that turned riders into racers. Known for its agility and performance, the Metralla helped define the golden age of small-displacement European sport bikes. This example shows 2,577 miles, features a 250cc engine, and comes with its original key. The frame is stamped B-2301256, and though the VIN paper lists it as M2301256, it’s clearly identified and ready for its next caretaker.
Both bikes represent a bygone era of precision craftsmanship, when performance was earned through simplicity and style.
Would you take home the Italian twin or the Spanish single for your next restoration or display piece?
