A 1991 BMW 735i that has remained registered in Washington since new is drawing interest as it heads to auction at no reserve, with bidding currently at $6,500 and four days remaining.
The full-size sedan, part of BMW’s E32 7 Series generation, shows 70,000 miles on its digital odometer. Finished in Brocade Red Metallic over beige leather upholstery, the car reflects the understated luxury and engineering focus that defined BMW’s flagship models of the early 1990s.

Under the hood is a 3.4-liter M30B35 inline-six engine, factory rated at 208 horsepower and 225 lb-ft of torque. Power is routed to the rear wheels through a ZF four-speed automatic transmission. The E32 chassis rides on 15-inch Style 2 alloy wheels fitted with Toyo tires, and braking is handled by four-wheel vented discs equipped with anti-lock braking technology.

The exterior design features projector-style headlights, integrated fog lights, a power sunroof, and dual exhaust outlets. The Brocade Red Metallic paint, identified by code 259, pairs with a beige interior that extends across the lower dashboard, center console, and door panels for a coordinated appearance.
Inside, the 735i is equipped with power-adjustable front seats trimmed in beige leather. Additional amenities include cruise control, automatic climate control, an onboard computer, and a cassette stereo system. The four-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6,300-rpm redline, along with gauges displaying fuel level, coolant temperature, and instant fuel economy.

Acquired by the current owner in 2026, the sedan is now being offered on dealer consignment. The sale includes a clean Carfax report showing no accidents or reported damage, along with a clean Washington title.

As interest in well-preserved 1990s luxury sedans continues to grow, this low-mileage E32 represents a surviving example of BMW’s approach to executive comfort and rear-wheel-drive performance during the era. See it here.
