The Heritage Edition, introduced in 2020, pays homage to Ford’s motorsport legacy, particularly the GT40’s iconic victory at Daytona. While Alonso’s custom gold paint job sets his car apart, the model retains its signature Alcantara-wrapped interior and optional carbon-fiber wheels, available with the Heritage Upgrade Package.
Under the hood, the Heritage Edition shares the same powertrain as the standard Ford GT: a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 engine producing 660 hp and 550 lb-ft of torque. Paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, the supercar can sprint from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.8 seconds, with a top speed of 217 mph.
