The upcoming L’AstaRossa sale, hosted by Monaco Car Auctions on June 8th, is set to be a spectacular event for Ferrari enthusiasts and collectors. Specializing in the sale of iconic automobiles, Monaco Car Auctions is presenting over 60 consignments connected to the legendary Ferrari marque, promising a diverse and exciting lineup.
Among the highlights of this auction is the celebrated Ferrari Enzo. This particular Enzo, one of only 400 ever produced, features the classic Rossa Corsa exterior paired with a Nero interior and has driven just over 7,700 kilometers. This rare supercar, known for its advanced engineering and performance, is making its second appearance at a Monaco Car Auctions event, reflecting its enduring appeal among collectors.
Another notable entry is the 2010 Ferrari 599 GTO. This special edition car, finished in the signature Rossa Corsa with Grigio Silverstone accents, comes directly from its original owner. The 599 GTO boasts a unique carbon fiber engine cover signed by its manufacturing team, adding to its collectible value.
For aficionados of classic Ferraris, the auction offers a 1965 Ferrari 275 GTS. This Classiche-certified beauty is finished in Blu Chiaro with a matching Pelle Blu interior. It is the 29th of its kind ever built and has exceptionally low mileage, with only 3,150 kilometers recorded. Restored by Carrozzeria Quality Cars and GPS Classic in 2008, this 275 GTS has graced numerous prestigious Concours events and comes with a detailed history file.
Also gracing the auction is a stunning 1959 Ferrari 250GT California Inspiration. Engineered to the highest standards by Turin-based Maberts S.r.l, this car enhances the revered Ferrari 250 GT. Original models of the 250 GT California are among the most expensive cars sold at auctions, making this a highly lucrative buy for discerning collectors.
The L’AstaRossa sale will also celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Ferrari Testarossa with a comprehensive collection of these iconic 1980s supercars. The lineup includes an early 1985 Testarossa ‘Monospecchio’, a 1987 Giallo Flymodel, a Viola Hong Kong 512 TR, and a 1995 512M, offering a detailed chronicle of the model’s evolution.
Beyond cars, the auction will feature a variety of Ferrari-themed memorabilia. Items include a scooter used by seven-time Formula One world champion Michael Schumacher and a helmet signed by the racing legend. In homage to the Monegasque driver’s landmark debut win at this year’s Formula One Monaco Grand Prix, the auction will showcase several lots retracing his career, including an autographed kart used in a Scuderia Ferrari sponsor advertisement for Ray-Ban.
