Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus has announced the upcoming debut of its street-legal 007S hypercar, a road-going version of its World Endurance Championship Le Mans Hypercar (LMH), with its first public appearance set for the prestigious Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este in Italy later this month.
The American boutique automaker and race team, known for its bold designs and racing pedigree, was one of the first private outfits to enter the LMH class when it debuted the Glickenhaus 007 at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2021. Now, the company is bringing that race technology and design to public roads in the form of the Glickenhaus 007S.
The 007S maintains the striking teardrop profile of its race-spec sibling, with dramatic aerodynamic elements including a massive front splitter and rear wing. Beneath its full carbon fiber monocoque lies a KTech-developed twin-turbocharged V8 engine capable of producing 1,000 horsepower. Glickenhaus claims a top speed of over 230 mph, with a zero-to-60 mph sprint in under 2.5 seconds.
Inside, the layout is just as bold. The cabin features a three-seat configuration with the driver centrally positioned—a nod to legendary supercars like the McLaren F1.
Production of the 007S is limited to just 24 units worldwide. The first customer car, bearing VIN 001, is currently in assembly at the company’s Danbury, Connecticut facility.
“We wanted to create something that honors the spirit of endurance racing but can be driven through town or on a mountain road,” said founder James Glickenhaus in a statement. “The 007S is that vision realized.”
The vehicle’s formal unveiling at Villa d’Este, one of the most exclusive automotive events in the world, underscores Glickenhaus’ ambition to merge motorsport heritage with street-legal performance art.
