When Lamborghini announced it would make a limited-production, modern Countach there was much buzz about what such a supercar might mean. Many were pleasantly surprised when the 2022 Lamborghini Countach LPI 800-4 was finally revealed, but many went immediately into private collections. However, one recently became available on the private market and could make a prime acquisition for the right person.
Check out Bugatti’s new engine.
Looking fine in Ad Personam Blu Nethuns over Ad Personam Bianco Leda/Nero Ade/Bronzo Zante, it’s a real crowd pleaser guaranteed to get people staring and talking anywhere.
That color combination perfectly accentuates the throwback design melded with modern features. For example, the body panels are made of carbon fiber, the steering wheel features paddle shifters, and the gauge cluster is entirely digital.
But the modern Countach is far more than just a pretty face. The mid-mounted 6.5-liter V12 combines with a small electric motor to crank out a thunderous 802-horsepower, plenty to get anyone’s heart hammering hard.
Power is routed through a seven-speed automated manual transmission, then to all four wheels, causing many to draw similarities between the Countach and Aventador. Just keep in mind this car is more powerful and has a claimed 0-62 acceleration time of a blistering 2.8 seconds.
Remember, production of these modern Countach supercars was limited to a mere 112 units in the entire world. With so few, demand is strong and thus prices will be steep. This one has been listed for $3,318,484, although since the dealer is in Toronto we’re assuming that’s CAD. Not everyone will agree it’s worth so much, but if someone is willing to pay the price, then it is to them and probably others.
