A pristine, one-owner 2005 Ford GT showing just 11,000 miles has been listed on Bring a Trailer, offering collectors a rare opportunity to acquire one of Ford’s most celebrated modern supercars in exceptionally original condition.
Originally delivered to Berge Ford in Mesa, Arizona, this GT is one of just 2,022 built for the 2005 model year and one of only 265 finished in Midnight Blue. It comes equipped with all four factory options: painted white racing stripes, BBS forged aluminum wheels, gray-painted Brembo brake calipers, and a McIntosh audio system. The car is being offered with its original window sticker, manuals, service documentation, and a clean Carfax and Arizona title.
The mid-mounted, 5.4-liter supercharged V8 engine produces 550 horsepower and 500 lb-ft of torque, paired with a six-speed Ricardo manual transaxle and a helical limited-slip differential. Notable performance hardware includes cross-drilled Brembo brakes, 18-inch and 19-inch wheels wrapped in Goodyear Eagle F1 tires (fitted in 2020), and aerodynamic enhancements like a front splitter and rear diffuser.
Inside, the cockpit remains true to the GT’s racing roots with carbon-fiber Sparco seats, exposed aluminum floors, and GT40-inspired toggle switches. The McIntosh stereo, air conditioning, and push-button ignition bring a modern touch to an otherwise raw driver experience.
Designed by Camilo Pardo as a tribute to the Le Mans-winning GT40, the 2005 GT combined retro design with modern supercar engineering. This example, unmodified and well-maintained, represents one of the cleanest and most collectible GTs from the initial production run.
