Porsche 911 GT3 Crashes Into $3M Koenigsegg Jesko at Belgian Supercar Meet

A low-speed but high-stakes collision occurred over the weekend at a supercar gathering in Belgium when a Porsche 911 GT3 rammed into the back of a $3 million Koenigsegg Jesko, drawing gasps from the assembled crowd.

Video footage from the scene shows both cars traveling slowly down a narrow road lined with spectators when the incident occurred. The Porsche, painted in a distinctive baby blue, can be seen weaving slightly as it follows behind the ultra-rare Jesko. As it moves forward, it appears to accelerate slightly before striking the rear bumper of the Koenigsegg.

A loud crunch is heard as the Porsche makes contact, followed by a chorus of shocked reactions from onlookers. One man in the crowd is seen placing his hands on his head in disbelief.

Though the impact occurred at a relatively low speed, the damage to the Jesko—a carbon-fiber-bodied hypercar—could prove expensive to repair. Koenigsegg has capped production of the Jesko at just 125 units, all of which are already spoken for. The Swedish manufacturer’s cutting-edge creation starts at approximately $3 million, with some builds reportedly exceeding that price depending on configuration.

The Porsche GT3, a track-focused performance version of the iconic 911, retails for around $180,000 in the U.S. Its driver appeared uninjured in the incident, and the full extent of the damage to either vehicle has not yet been made public.

Authorities have not issued an official statement, and it remains unclear whether any citations were issued at the scene. The incident serves as a reminder that even among high-performance machines and experienced drivers, a momentary lapse in judgment can come with high costs—especially when rare supercars are involved.
