Rolls-Royce has introduced the Cullinan Series II, marking the first major refresh of its ultra-luxury SUV since its debut six years ago. The update refines the vehicle’s already impressive features, reinforcing its status as a pinnacle of SUV luxury.

The exterior of the Cullinan Series II retains the classic Rolls-Royce elegance but introduces subtle updates that enhance its stately presence. The front of the SUV showcases a slightly modified grille alongside new L-shaped LED daytime running lights, contributing to a fresh, modern look. Additionally, the front bumper has been redesigned to include larger air intakes, improving functionality and aesthetics.

One of the most notable exterior upgrades is the illuminated pantheon grille, a feature borrowed from the flagship Phantom VIII, which adds a touch of sophistication, particularly noticeable during night driving. The rear also sees enhancements with a revised bumper and integrated exhausts, aligning with the vehicle’s refined design language. For the first time, Rolls-Royce offers 23-inch wheels on the Cullinan, emphasizing its robust and luxurious stature.

Inside, the Cullinan Series II sports a revamped gauge cluster and a central display now running on the Spirit OS, introduced with the all-electric Rolls-Royce Spectre. This update signifies a shift towards more integrated digital technology within the cabin. The infotainment system has also been upgraded, allowing passengers to connect Bluetooth headphones directly to the rear seat entertainment system—a first for the Cullinan.

Under the hood, the Cullinan Series II is powered by the reliable 6.75-liter twin-turbo V12 engine, delivering 582 horsepower and 664 lb-ft of torque, coupled with a smooth 8-speed ZF automatic transmission. The SUV continues to offer rear-axle steering for enhanced maneuverability, which is critical for a vehicle of its size.

The Black Badge variant of the Series II includes an active exhaust system that can be activated with the ‘Low’ button, enhancing the exhaust sound and improving the gearshift response by 50% at 90% throttle, adding to the dynamic driving experience.

With these updates, the Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series II sets a new standard for luxury SUVs, combining traditional elegance with modern technology and performance enhancements, ensuring its place as a leader in the high-end automotive market.
