Three remarkable automobiles from The Pete Todo Collection will be featured at Mecum Kissimmee 2026, each one showcasing a distinct era of design, engineering, and performance innovation. Crossing the block Saturday, January 10th, these cars—spanning from the elegant prewar era to the golden age of hot rodding—represent the heart of American and European-inspired motoring history.
1930 Stutz MB Convertible Coupe

Leading the trio is a beautifully preserved 1930 Stutz MB Convertible Coupe, powered by a 322 CI inline-eight paired with a 4-speed manual transmission. Presented in a White and Brown two-tone finish over a Beige interior, this Stutz exemplifies the marque’s reputation for blending luxury with power. Inside, wood trim, Stewart-Warner gauges, and a Borg electric clock set the tone for prewar elegance. Chrome bumpers, orange-painted wire wheels, and an Egyptian Sun God Ra mascot complete this majestic convertible’s period-correct charm.

Next, the 1936 Cord Westchester captures one of the most advanced automotive designs of its time. Finished in Cool Orchard Green with a Red interior and white piping, it’s powered by a 289 CI Lycoming inline-eight with a 4-speed pre-selector manual transmission. Its forward-thinking engineering includes front-wheel drive, unit-body construction, and independent front suspension—features decades ahead of their era. The car’s signature coffin-nose grille, concealed headlights, and 125-inch wheelbase make it one of the most recognizable silhouettes in prewar American motoring.

Rounding out the group is a high-performance icon from the world of hot rods—the 1932 Ford So-Cal Speedster. Finished in Red and White So-Cal Speed Shop livery, it’s powered by a 383 CI stroker V-8 mated to a 5-speed manual. Inside, the Tan leather interior, Moon Eyes tachometer, and Pete Chapouris signature pay tribute to So-Cal’s historic legacy. Custom So-Cal wheels, Stahl Sport Radials, and a chopped windshield complete this striking build, a perfect example of craftsmanship meeting cultural significance.
Together, these three feature cars from The Pete Todo Collection reflect a lifetime of passion for engineering excellence—from the handcrafted luxury of the early 20th century to the adrenaline-driven spirit of American hot rodding.
