A new sweepstakes is giving automotive enthusiasts the chance to win a 2026 Porsche 911 Carrera T, pairing one of Porsche’s most driver-focused modern sports cars with a motorsports-themed fundraising mission. The promotion is set to conclude at 11:59 p.m. EST on Dec. 22, with a drawing scheduled for later in the month.
At the center of the sweepstakes is a brand-new 2026 Porsche 911 Carrera T, a model known for prioritizing lightweight construction and driving engagement. Power comes from a 3.0-liter twin-turbo flat-six engine producing 388 horsepower. Performance figures place the car’s 0–60 mph time at approximately 4.3 seconds, with a top speed near 183 mph.

The Carrera T is equipped with a seven-speed manual transmission, appealing to drivers who prefer direct involvement behind the wheel. Its lightweight approach includes the removal of rear seats, contributing to sharper handling. Additional technical features include rear-axle steering and Porsche Torque Vectoring, while the interior is fitted with sport-focused elements such as a GT Sport steering wheel and sport seats.
In addition to the vehicle, the sweepstakes winner will receive a two-day High Performance Drivers Education experience at Watkins Glen International. The track program is provided by the Niagara Region of the Porsche Club of America and is designed to accommodate drivers of varying skill levels, offering instruction intended to help participants better understand and enjoy the car’s capabilities on a closed course.

The sweepstakes serves as a fundraiser for the International Motor Racing Research Center, a nonprofit organization focused on preserving and sharing the history of motorsports. Funds raised support the center’s archival collections and public programming, which include books, magazines, race results, posters, and other historical materials used by researchers, authors, and filmmakers worldwide.
Entries are available online through TapKat at various donation levels, with higher donations providing additional entries. No purchase is required to enter, and participants may also request entry by mail. If certain fundraising minimums are not met, the winner may choose a $75,000 cash option instead of the vehicle.
