A YouTube influencer crashed his Lamborghini Huracan EVO into a chain-link fence during a poorly conceived stunt. The video, which has quickly gone viral with nearly 1.5 million views, showcases a group of young individuals seemingly more interested in social media fame than responsible car ownership.
The incident took place on a stretch of road, which appears to be either a private property or a deserted public road, as no other vehicles are visible. The influencer and his friends decided to see how fast the Lamborghini could complete a round trip on this road. However, their lack of planning and basic safety measures quickly turned the stunt into a disaster.
The video shows the driver accelerating the Huracan at high speed, aiming to cross an improvised finish line marked only by a few cones. Unfortunately, the finish line was positioned dangerously close to the end of the road, leaving little room for the supercar to slow down. Predictably, the Lamborghini skidded off the pavement and crashed into a chain-link fence.
The aftermath of the crash reveals significant damage to the vehicle. The passenger-side mirror was ripped off, the paint was badly scratched, part of the front splitter was destroyed, and the passenger window appeared to be cracked. The repairs are likely to be costly, potentially outweighing any profits made from the video’s monetization.
Adding to the absurdity of the situation, the driver wore racing gloves but neglected to use any other safety equipment, such as a helmet or harness. This oversight further highlights the lack of seriousness and preparation that went into the stunt.
