A one-of-one supercharged Dodge Charger Hellcat built by Petty’s Garage and signed by NASCAR legend Richard Petty is being offered through a national Dream Giveaway promotion tied to the 60th anniversary of the street HEMI.
The custom car, described as the final vehicle produced by Petty’s Garage, features an 885-horsepower supercharged HEMI V-8 equipped with a MOPAR Direct Connection Stage 2 Performance Kit. Organizers say the car was designed to combine heritage performance with modern upgrades while honoring the impact of the HEMI engine on American performance culture.
The build traces its inspiration to 1965, when the street HEMI helped shape a new era of horsepower and racing dominance. The Charger Hellcat serves as a modern interpretation of that legacy, combining contemporary engineering with styling and performance elements tied to Petty’s career and the broader NASCAR tradition.
Performance upgrades include components from Direct Connection, JRI Shocks, Magnaflow, Fikse Wheels, and Continental Tires. The car rides on Fikse F-18 wheels wrapped in Continental ExtremeContact performance tires and features a Magnaflow cat-back dual exhaust system. Suspension improvements come from JRI shocks, while additional customization extends throughout the vehicle.
Inside, the Charger includes a Katzkin custom leather interior with embroidered headrests, American Car Craft trim in the cabin and engine bay, custom lighting elements, and an Alpine premium audio system. The vehicle is positioned as both a collector piece and a high-performance street machine capable of extreme speed, with claims it can exceed 200 mph.
Organizers emphasize the car’s exclusivity, noting it is the only Dream Giveaway-spec Richard Petty Charger Hellcat ever built. The promotion also includes coverage of $25,000 in federal taxes for the winner.
