1970 Ford Mustang Boss 302 Takes Center Stage in New Dream Giveaway

The giveaway, which runs through May 28, offers enthusiasts the chance to win a factory-style Boss 302 Mustang equipped with the model’s signature high-revving 302 cubic-inch V-8 engine and four-speed manual transmission. Organizers say the car reflects the aggressive styling and race-inspired engineering that helped establish the Boss 302 as one of Ford’s most respected performance Mustangs.

The featured Mustang underwent a rotisserie restoration, bringing the classic muscle car back to show-quality condition while preserving the design and performance elements that made the Boss 302 famous during the height of the American muscle-car movement.

Known for its motorsports heritage and track-focused engineering, the Boss 302 was originally developed to compete in Trans-Am racing and quickly became one of the most sought-after Mustangs ever produced. Its combination of bold styling, high-performance hardware and limited production numbers helped cement its reputation among collectors and enthusiasts.

The example featured in the giveaway carries many of the visual characteristics closely associated with the Boss nameplate, including its vivid Grabber Orange exterior finish, performance stance and unmistakable late-1960s Mustang body lines. The car’s four-speed manual transmission and naturally aspirated V-8 configuration continue to appeal to collectors seeking an authentic muscle-car driving experience.

Organizers say donations tied to the giveaway will support veterans’ and children’s charities while also entering participants for a chance to take home the restored Mustang. The promotion also includes financial assistance toward federal prize taxes for the eventual winner.

The drawing for the giveaway winner is expected to take place on or about June 10, shortly after the entry period closes. With fewer than three weeks remaining, the campaign is expected to attract significant attention from classic Mustang enthusiasts and collectors looking for a chance to own one of Ford’s most iconic performance cars.
