Sweepstakes Puts a 2026 Corvette ZR1 With ZTK Package Up for Grabs - featured image

The most powerful V8 an American automaker has ever put into production is the prize in an ongoing sweepstakes, and the car is already sitting where entrants can go look at it.

The giveaway vehicle, a 2026 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 finished in Competition Yellow Tintcoat Metallic with the ZTK Performance Package, arrived and went on display on the showroom floor at Ciocca Corvette in Atlantic City. Organizers announced the arrival in an update dated Jan. 23, 2025.

At the center of the car is the 5.5-liter LT7, a twin-turbocharged, flat-plane-crank DOHC V8. It builds on the same architecture as the Z06’s LT6, which holds the title of most powerful naturally aspirated production V8 ever made, and adds forced induction — the first time a factory Corvette has been fitted with turbochargers. Corvette chief engineer Josh Holder has described the ZR1 as the answer to an unquenchable demand for outright performance in the sports car world, and the model’s position at the peak of the Corvette range.

The standard ZR1 chassis, which the giveaway car carries, pairs Magnetic Ride dampers with a lower-drag body and a small spoiler that owners can adjust using short and tall wickers. Carbon fiber shows up in the front splitter, rocker moldings, side intake with integrated brake cooling, and the front underwing with stall gurney deflectors. Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires wrap 20-inch wheels up front and 21-inch wheels at the rear. The setup is meant to work on public roads without giving up track capability.

Entrants can submit more than one entry, and the organizers encourage it. Everyone who enters joins a VIP Club that receives advance notice of flash giveaways and bonus entry promotions. More than 100 winners have been drawn so far, a number of them repeat winners from limited-time drawings. When bonuses are running, daily entries are permitted, and every entry counts toward the grand prize as well as any active bonus or flash giveaway.

Recent flash giveaway winners include Daniel Vasquez of South San Francisco, California, who won a Blackstone Griddle, and Larry Roberson of Humble, Texas, who won $350 in free entries plus a $100 gas card.

Because the ZR1 has been allocated but not yet built, promotional images do not show the actual car, and options may vary based on availability.
