A 2020 Lamborghini Sián FKP 37 that has covered just 284 miles since new will be offered at The Quail Auction on Friday, Aug. 14, 2026, carrying a presale estimate of $2.5 million to $3 million.
The car is one of 63 coupes built. Lamborghini capped total Sián production at 82 cars, splitting the run between the coupes and 19 roadsters — a tally chosen to echo 1963, the year Ferruccio Lamborghini founded the company.
Introduced in September 2019, the Sián was the first Lamborghini road car to use any form of electrified propulsion. The break with tradition extended to the name, which comes from Bolognese dialect and translates roughly as flash or lightning rather than borrowing from the fighting bulls that named earlier models. The FKP 37 suffix honors engineer Ferdinand Karl Piëch and the year of his birth.

Mitja Borkert, who has led Lamborghini’s Centro Stile since 2016, developed the production car from his Terzo Millennio concept. The result mixes Countach cues — the recessed front bodywork, side intakes and triple taillights — with Y-shaped headlights, an electrochromic roof panel and a finned rear deck fitted with active cooling flaps.
Underneath, the Sián borrows heavily from the Aventador SVJ, including the carbon fiber monocoque, four-wheel steering and pushrod twin-wishbone suspension. The 6.5-liter V12 gained titanium intake valves, a new exhaust and revised engine mapping, lifting output to 774 horsepower from the SVJ’s 759.
The hybrid hardware is unconventional. A compact electric motor sits within the seven-speed single-clutch transmission and draws energy from a supercapacitor rather than a battery pack. The supercapacitor stores less energy but charges and discharges far faster, refilling completely under every application of the brakes. The motor fills torque gaps between shifts and adds thrust up to 80 mph, pushing combined output to 808 horsepower. The entire system adds roughly 75 pounds.
Lamborghini quoted a zero-to-60 mph time of 2.8 seconds and a top speed of 217 mph. Braking comes from six-piston front and four-piston rear calipers gripping carbon ceramic discs, reworked to handle regeneration duty.

Each Sián was configured through Lamborghini’s Ad Personam program, and this example wears a one-off finish that fades from Bianco Asopo at the nose into Grigio Liqueo, accented in Verde Lampros. The green carries into a cabin trimmed in Nero Cosmus Poltrona Frau leather and Alcantara. Options exceeded $260,000, among them the $105,000 Carbon Package 1 and more than $157,000 in bespoke exterior work.
Delivered new in March 2021 to a private owner in Los Angeles, the car has stayed in the area and shows a clean CARFAX report. Lamborghini of Newport in Irvine, California, completed a preemptive sixth-year service in April 2026, with invoices totaling close to $16,000. The original window sticker accompanies the car.
