Ten years ago, a six-figure Toyota Supra would have sounded like a typo. Today the fourth-generation Supra Turbo is one of the hottest cars in the collector market, driven by a generation that grew up with The Fast and the Furious, Gran Turismo, and an indestructible 2JZ inline-six. The list below includes a movie star, a car seized in a drug investigation, a string of time-capsule survivors, and one very generous charity sale.

Prices include buyer’s premium where applicable and reflect public auction results through early October 2026. For Bring a Trailer sales, we list the winning bid and note BaT’s separate buyer’s fee. One entry was a charity sale, and we’ve flagged it.

This is the sale that kicked off the Mk4 boom. The Renaissance Red six-speed targa had just over 7,000 miles and still wore its original Bridgestone tires and factory CD/cassette head unit. It sold for 28 percent more than Hagerty’s price guide said a perfect Supra was worth. Read more about the sale.

  • Sold: $242,000
  • Auction: Mecum, Kissimmee, January 2026

A final-year, factory-stock white Supra Turbo with barely 6,000 miles and a targa top that has reportedly never been removed. Mecum estimated it at $115,000 to $130,000, and bidding nearly doubled that. It’s the highest price yet for a stock Mk4 Supra at a major collector-car auction. Read more about the sale.

3. 1998 Toyota Supra Turbo in Quicksilver — $304,750

  • Sold: $304,750
  • Auction: Stanley J. Paine Auctioneers, Orange, Massachusetts, June 2022
  • Mileage: 22,962 miles

This one comes with a backstory. Authorities seized it, along with a dozen other Supras and more than a dozen other cars, during a Massachusetts drug investigation. Its ultra-rare Quicksilver paint and six-speed manual drew a $265,000 hammer price, the highest ever paid for a non-movie Supra at the time. Read more about the sale.

It remains the most expensive fourth-generation Supra ever sold at auction. Read more about the sale.

Proceeds will go to Reach Out WorldWide, the disaster-relief charity founded by Paul Walker. Barrett-Jackson hopes to top the $2.1 million paid for the first one. Read more.

What the List Tells Collectors

Seven of the ten are stock Mk4 Supra Turbos, and the formula is consistent: low miles, one or few owners, and no modifications, with the six-speed manual commanding a premium. The market has climbed from $121,000 to $242,000 for stock cars in seven years, and the buyers behind it are the kids who grew up on Gran Turismo, now with real money.

Is $242,000 for a stock Mk4 the new floor, or the top of a Gran Turismo-fueled spike?
